Shipping Policy:

Shipping Rates reflect Total Fan Shop pricing. All rates are based on your 'ship to' address.
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). We do not ship orders out on weekends or US holidays. For US customers, we offer a same-day shipping for Overnight/Next Business Day orders placed by 2PM CST Monday - Friday. All orders are shipped from our Nashville Tennessee USA warehouse.
In order for our customers to receive their product in the fastest time possible, we process orders as soon as they are received. We are unable to cancel, change, combine shipping or add items to an order once it has processed. If we encounter any problems with the order, we will attempt to make contact with you via email. Our primary domestic shipping company is UPS�. Upon checkout, you will find the shipping section and you can get a quote for the different levels of service provided by UPS� and a price quote. Select the level of service you want, then click the continue button to finish your order. You will receive an e-mail from us once your order ships with any pertinent shipping information.
Post Office Box Customers please note: UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. All orders with Post Office Box addresses will be sent via USPS (US Postal Service) regardless of the requested shipping option.

Shipping and tax (if applicable) will be added upon check out.
On the following U.S. holidays, there is no order shipping. Orders will be shipped next business day:
New Year's Eve/Day Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Presidents Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Columbus Day Veterans Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day International Orders.... All international customers are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. International tax and duty charges are not controlled by us. Please consult your local customs office for guidelines on what products may be charged additional tax and/or duties. Due to International shipping law/practices, we are unable to declare merchandise as "Gift" on customs forms.
We ship around the globe! International Customers select USPS Global Priority Mail upon checkout.
Canadian Customers can select either UPS or USPS Global Priority mail for shipping options. To select UPS, click the UPS rates, to use USPS Global Priority mail, click the "Check All Other Rates"
Damaged Orders.... In the event that your order arrives damaged and it was shipped via UPS, please contact us. You MUST keep ALL shipping containers, packing materials and the damaged product. Once you notify us of a damaged order, we will contact UPS to begin an investigation. UPS will send an investigator to the delivery address and look at the damaged merchandise, the shipping container and packing materials. Once UPS notifies us that they will cover the damage, we will ship a replacement order to you. Please note: If you DO NOT comply with the above requirements, your damaged order can not be replaced.
